Scalewise is excited to be an official embedded partner to a leading software provide who's Fraud & Financial Crime Analytics technology is used by over 170 Enterprises globally harnessing their Predictive Analytics, Monitoring solution and verification tools to mitigate the risk associated with the every changing digitalised world of finance.

The business continues to see huge tailwinds which have lead to ever-increasing 8-figure ARR numbers and we are now looking to hire an Enterprise Sales Director to lead our growing team who are responsible for growing our market share within the Enterprise and become the defacto market leader within the Fraud Prevention space.

This is an opportunity for someone to inherit and grow and small but successful team of reps and help us to build a successful SDR team to support our existing market position whilst having a genuine opportunity to make a huge impact in how we take the next step in our growth and capitalise on our market position in the UK and beyond. Given our product maturity and significant enterprise case studies, there is a sizeable opportunity for us to reach new heights by establishing and growing a central team in the UK which will be led and mentored by this person.

Role – Enterprise Sales Director

Location – London (2-3 Days a week)

Salary - DOE

Role:

* Own New Business activities in the Enterprise market within our core ICP.
* Manage small team of existing high-performing reps with a remit to double size of Enterprise team whilst inheriting SDR team and managing entire GTM team in UK.
* Build and shape account plans focused on big picture opportunities and longterm expansion targets.
* Coach and mentor reps to utilise proven New Business sales mentality to prioritise, qualify growth opportunity and build meaningful cadences with C-Level stakeholders with our target accounts.
* Help reps to capitalise on our significant market share in the Enterprise market by leveraging our case studies to win new logo opportunities and drive sales success.
* Work closely with board and exec teams to shape our sales strategy to hit and exceed our revenue targets within the UK Enterprise market.

Experience Needed:

* 3+ Years experience in a Sales Leadership position within a SaaS company, managing Enterprise reps and ideally overseeing SDR function.
* Extensive experience Selling SaaS in a New Business capacity - true hunter mentality
* Strong experience working in an Enterprise Sales environment selling a technical or data-centric SaaS product
* Experience selling into Financial Services or Insurance verticals (Banking, Retail Banking, Crypto, Insurance etc)
* Selling a directly related product within Anti-Money Laundering or Finance Crime would be a plus but not a must!
* Ability to navigate complex sales processes and drive multi-threaded sales approach
* Strong Track Record of overachieving revenue growth goals
* Value-Based Sales Experience - Command of the Message, MEDDIC (or variants of), 3 Why's etc
* Consultative approach to defining strategic opportunities with customers to map, measure, and achieve successful commercial outcomes
* "Coach-First" mentality to leadership - able to maximise potential of the existing team
* Proven experience recruiting and managing a high-performing sales team
