Technical Account Manager Location: Bristol
Job Type: Full-time/hybrid
I’m partnered with an IT Managed Service Provider, they are seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to join our Technical Services team. Reporting to the Head of Customer Engagement, you'll be the main point of contact for clients, managing relationships, understanding their technical needs, and ensuring the successful delivery of IT services.
Oversee account renewals, upsell services, and ensure timely service delivery
Coordinate IT projects with internal teams
Report on service performance and client satisfaction
Identify areas for service improvement
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud, networks, and cybersecurity
~ Virtualisation, servers, networking (Cisco, HP, Juniper)
RMM tools and cloud (Public/Private, SaaS)
Cyber Security (Endpoint protection, XDR/NDR, etc.)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project)
Knowledge of AI/automation in IT
Familiarity with ISO standards and ITIL
