What You’ll Be Doing

As a Resourcer, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our consultants, delivering high-quality candidates to urgent and ongoing nursing and healthcare roles. You’ll be coached, trained, and supported every step of the way.

Source, screen, and engage qualified healthcare professionals

*

Maintain regular contact with candidates to ensure availability and compliance

*

Manage job boards, internal systems, and recruitment platforms

*

Coordinate candidate bookings and assist with shift allocations

*

Support compliance and documentation checks

*

Provide a seamless candidate experience from first call to placement

*

Learn sales, service, and business development to grow into a consultant role

What We’re Looking For

Some experience in recruitment, customer service, admin, or sales (recruitment experience is a bonus)

*

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

*

Highly organised with a keen attention to detail

*

Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn

*

Able to thrive in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment

*

Ambitious and open to progressing into a full 360 recruitment role
