Job Overview
Our client is an award winning designer that produces beautifully handcrafted contemporary furniture, with a presence of over 20 years. They are in need of a driven and proactive business development professional who knows the industry very well with a minimum of 6+ years experience in building business relationships with B2B/trade clients.
The successful candidate will be working closely with their sales and marketing teams to strategise and increase their reach both in the UK and internationally. This an extremely exiting opportunity for someone that wants a new challenge to join a company that offers growth!
Requirements
* Strategise and approach new business opportunities and markets in the UK and internationally
* Convert leads into sales and maintain existing business with B2B/trade clients
* Develop and execute a successful sales strategy to target key residential projects
* Ensure clients are kept up to date with the brand, including pitching new designs
* Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to stay ahead
* Networking at industry events and shows to drive sales and promote the brand
* Work in collaboration with and oversee other sales members of the team across the UK
* Collaborating with the team on events, exhibitions, newsletters etc
A minimum of 6+ years of experience in a luxury interiors sector is required, demonstrating proven ability in overseeing sales and key accounts. Candidates that do not meet this requirement will unfortunately not be considered.
Job Type: Full-time, 4 days visiting clients and prospective clients and 1 day in the office, Monday to Friday
