We are seeking a personable and warm-hearted Chef with a genuine interest in the wellbeing of residents. The ideal candidate will hold City & Guilds/NVQ/SVQ or equivalent qualifications and have a good understanding of nutrition, experience working with fresh seasonal food, and a solid knowledge of HACCP standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence
* Assist in menu development
* Work with fresh produce to deliver high-quality, wholesome dishes
* Create a warm and welcoming environment within our home
* Engage with residents to create appetising and nutritious menus
* Work within budget and complete regular audits
* Manage stock control
