Morning, Evening, Weekdays, and Weekends (Flexible working hours)

We are looking for a Care professional, with a compassionate heartwho wants to make a true difference in the quality of life of our clients to join our team inKensingtonand Chelsea.As a Caregiver, you will be able to provide an environment where ourclients can live as independently as possible in their own homeswith your support.
Responsibilities may include:
* Companionship
* Accompanying your client to appointments or a visit to the shops
* Meal preparation and light housework
* Buildingstrong professional relationships
* Assistance with personal care and taking medications
* Daily exercise
What does being a Caregiver involve?
* Minimum 2-hour visits
* Shadowing before care starts with trained care professional
* Introductions to all new clients
* Caregivers matched clients based on hobbies and interests.
* Visiting the same Clients for continuity of care and to allow you to buildmeaningful relationships
* Award-winning training
* Pay rates Min £13.50 up to £14.00
* Holiday pay/ Bank holiday rates
* Travel expenses paid between clients
* Full learning and development programs (NVQ qualifications)

Qualifications
You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a Care Professional. You will need to have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful and be able to provide availability which may include alternate weekends. You will need to enjoy building professional friendships and be comfortable in spending time in the company of others
