Key Responsibilities
* Own and grow client relationships, including C-level engagement and strategic alignment.
* Drive account expansion through solution selling across Strategy & Consulting, Digital, Cloud, and Data.
* Monitor financial performance, provide forecasts, and identify margin improvement opportunities.
* Lead sales-to-delivery handoffs and ensure seamless transition and execution.
* Manage demand planning and collaborate with Delivery Executives and recruitment teams.
* Shape and close deals, lead RFP/RFI responses, and oversee proposal quality and orals.
* Align Capgemini offerings with client vision and strategy to enable long-term growth.
* Build and maintain relationships across IT and business functions to become a strategic partner.
* Maintain cadence with client stakeholders and position Capgemini as partner of choice.
* Provide feedback and support performance appraisals for the account team.
* Own and manage alliance relationships and update opportunity status in THOR.
Must-Have Requirements
* 15+ years of experience in IT and sales, with proven success in business development and account management.
* Deep familiarity with the Insurance industry, including Retirement Services and Wealth Management.
* Experience managing global teams and large accounts ($20M+).
* Strong orientation toward solution selling and cross-service integration.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
