Sales Administrator – Independent Garage
We are an established independent garage seeking a Sales Administrator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills who enjoys working in a busy, customer-focused environment. If you have experience in administration, sales, or the motor trade, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Upsell additional products and services
* Handle customer enquiries by phone, email, and in person
* Process invoices, sales paperwork, and stock records accurately
* Manage diaries, appointments, and schedules for the team
* Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records in line with compliance
Candidate Requirements:
* Strong administration and organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills with a customer-first approach
* IT literate with experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Previous experience as a Sales Administrator, Garage Administrator, Dealership Administrator, or similar role in the motor trade is desirable but not essential
Benefits:
* Basic Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 (dependent on experience)
* Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.00am – 5.30pm
