Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (with flexibility when needed)

As they continue to expand, they’re looking for a proactive Production Supervisor to lead and inspire their production team, driving performance, maintaining high standards and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading and motivating production teams to meet output, quality and safety targets.
Overseeing daily production schedules and coordinating resources effectively.
Promoting a positive and safe working culture where people can perform at their best.

Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or Team Leader within food, supplements, or related manufacturing environments.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams.
