Are you a healthcare or care professional in East Kent looking for temporary contract work? Randstad is recruiting Goods Receipting Team Member for 2Gether Support Solutions, a provider of services to East Kent Hospitals. This is a great opportunity to utilize your skills and contribute to patient care.

* Position: Goods Receipting Team Member
* Location: Ashford
* Hourly rate: Weekday £12.60, weekend £13.60, bank holiday £24
* Duration: 6 months+
* Hours: 37.5 hours, 8am - 4pm, Monday - Friday
* Contract type: Temporary with weekly pay via Randstad

Goods Receipting Team Member duties include:

* Goods Receipting all Goods and Services that are ordered and received on behalf of 2gether Support Solutions Ltd and its East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust customer on the Unit 4 Business World Purchase to Pay system
* Goods receipting all parcel delivery notes received through the Procurement Portal
* Actioning all GRN requests from end users received via the support email account
* Attaching delivery notes and authorisation to GRN to the purchase orders on the Business World System to support audit requirements
* Investigating and resolving the all Purchase order/ invoice GRN issues, liaising with other Procurement colleagues, Payables and supplies to ensure a prompt and efficient service
* Act as first point of contact for all procurement system goods receipting queries.
* To provide support to employees as it relates to Goods receipting on the Business World System
* Requesting Proof of delivery (PODs) from suppliers
* Requesting authorisation to GRN from end users
* Careful checking of invoices and delivery notes against purchase orders to ensure full matching before GRN'ing
* Escalate all issues to the GRN team Supervisor where needed
* Investigate all unmatched invoice issues/ queries
* Help to ensure compliance with The Procurement Policy and SFI/SO's in the delivery of an efficient and effective procurement service.
* Deliver excellent customer service

Key qualities:

* Relevant experience in a similar role.
* High level of communication skills, verbal and written.
* Ability to communicate with customers, visitors, colleagues and management effectively.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach
* Positive and can do attitude.
* Awareness of Health and safety standards

Requirements:

* Relevant experience in the same or a relevant role.
* Eligible to work in the United Kingdom
* 2 current proofs of address.
* A Standard DBS certificate (or willingness to undergo one)
* Happy to undergo relevant training including clinical and and non-clinical along with food hygiene
* Access to transport will be an advantage when applying for this role.
