About the Role:
We're looking for a dynamic and confident
Social Media Coordinator
to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, content-driven role with a strong focus on
TikTok and Instagram
. You will be the face of our brand across social, regularly hosting
TikTok Lives
,
modelling new product drops
, and creating trend-led content that drives engagement and sales.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone who lives and breathes social media, has a deep understanding of both
TikTok and Instagram
, and is confident being on camera and representing a fashion-forward brand.
Key Responsibilities:
* TikTok Live Hosting
: Present high-energy, sales-driven TikTok Live sessions to promote new arrivals, styling advice, and engage with our community in real time.
* Instagram Content
: Create engaging Reels, Stories, and feed content that reflects current trends, showcases product, and drives traffic to site.
* Product Modelling
: Confidently model and style fashion pieces for both TikTok and Instagram content — showcasing fit, quality, and how to wear.
* Short-Form Video Creation
: Plan, film, edit, and post short-form video content across TikTok and Instagram that aligns with the brand voice and aesthetic.
* Community Engagement
: Actively respond to comments, DMs, and live chats to build strong community relationships on both platforms.
* Trend Spotting
: Monitor TikTok and Instagram daily for trending audios, formats, hashtags, and viral challenges to jump on quickly.
* Analytics & Reporting
: Track performance metrics across both platforms and make data-informed decisions to improve content and engagement.
* Support Digital Designer with content & shoot planning
* Some admin required
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience
in a social media, digital marketing, or content creation role — preferably within fashion or lifestyle.
* Proven experience creating and growing content on both
TikTok and Instagram
— including Lives, Reels, Stories, and feed content.
* Confident
on-camera presenter
, ideally with experience hosting Lives or appearing in brand video content.
* Strong visual eye for styling, product presentation, and creating platform-native content.
* Highly comfortable using TikTok and Instagram in-app editing tools, as well as third-party apps (e.g. CapCut, Canva, Lightroom).
* Excellent writing skills with a tone of voice that matches our brand and audience.
* Strong understanding of the fashion and influencer landscape.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple deadlines, and pivot content based on performance or trends.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
* Experience working with influencers, UGC creators, or brand collaborations.
* Understanding of e-commerce and social commerce (e.g. TikTok Shop, Instagram Shopping).
* Experience using social media management tools like Later, Planoly, or Meta Business Suite.
* Photography or video editing skills using Adobe Suite or mobile apps.
