Client Engagement:
Shadow client briefings to understand their business, culture, and hiring needs.
Deep dive into role requirements, qualifications, and expectations.
Market Expertise:
Conduct market mapping to identify top firms and potential clients.
Stay informed on market trends and industry developments.
Talent Acquisition:
Attract, screen, and assess high-calibre candidates.
Present shortlisted candidates to clients, handling references and final negotiations.
