Role Overview
The Key Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our strategic clients. This role involves understanding client needs, developing tailored solutions, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Job Title: Key Account Manager
Hours/Contract: 37.5 hours per week/Full Time/Permanent
Location: Glasgow, London or Remote (UK)
Reports to: Head of Customer Success
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 (DOE)
Job Start: ASAP

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
* Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients.
* Serve as the main point of contact for some of the biggest key accounts.
* Understand client objectives and align company offerings to meet those needs.
* Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Customer Success, Marketing) to deliver solutions.
* Monitor account performance and proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
* Prepare and deliver regular account reviews and performance reports.
* Resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
* Maintain accurate records of account activity and client communications in CRM systems.
* Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
* Build community relationships.
Experience
* Proven experience in key account management, sales, or customer success (typically 35 years).
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
* Strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset.
* Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

* Fluent in BSL.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
* Sit for extended periods of time.
* Keyboard routinely throughout the day.
* Must be willing to work flexible hours, weekend included office environment.
* Able to sit/ stand for a long period of time in an office environment.
* Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, tools, and to handle other computer components.
* Regular and predictable attendance required.
