The Role We’re looking for a Plumber Multi-Trade Operative to join our team delivering works across the Southampton area, covering void properties, kitchen and bathroom (K&B) programmes and major repairs. This is a plumbing-led role focused on installation and refurbishment works, where you will also carry out supporting multi-trade activities to ensure jobs are completed to a high standard. Working as part of a wider team, you’ll play a key role in delivering projects safely, efficiently and to specification. What You’ll Do Carry out plumbing works including bathroom and kitchen installations, pipework and hot/cold water systems Deliver works across void properties, ensuring homes are ready for occupation Support kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes Contribute to major repairs works, completing installations and associated tasks to specification Carry out multi-trade works to support completion of projects, including: Tiling Carpentry (1st & 2nd fix) Patch plastering and making god Painting and decrating Work collaboratively with site teams to deliver programmes on time and to quality standards Follow health and safety procedures and complete risk assessments on all works About You You’re a skilled tradesperson with a strong plumbing background and experience across voids, K&B or major repairs, comfortable working across multiple trades to complete works to a high standard.
