Join us in the brand-new role of Seminar and Events Consultant, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our Financial Services (FS) seminar and event strategy. Working closely with the FS Marketing Campaigns Manager, you’ll develop, execute, and optimise a dynamic calendar of seminars and events designed to elevate brand awareness, drive customer consideration, and create a robust pipeline for our FS business. Your strategic planning and flawless execution will ensure that every event, whether centrally or locally managed, delivers maximum return on investment, meets high-quality and regulatory standards, and strengthens NFU Mutuals market presence. You’ll take ownership of the multichannel communications plan, ensuring pre-event promotions, event-day materials, and post-event follow-ups are impactful, consistent, and fully aligned to our marketing standards. You’ll be a key influencer and relationship builder, working closely with Financial Services Sales Managers, Financial Advisers, our marketing, technical and compliance teams, and the wider agency network to ensure seamless and effective event delivery. Acting as the day-to-day contact for our agency network, you’ll bring a consultative approach to support local seminars while continuously seeking new ideas and opportunities. You’ll monitor performance, gather insights, and make data-driven recommendations to refine and evolve our future plans. From briefing external suppliers to researching new event formats and developing test-and-learn initiatives, you’ll be at the forefront of driving continuous improvement, ensuring our events stand out, inspire, and deliver tangible results.
