This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our successful and well-established client based in Bourne End. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of health and safety & compliance procedures, preferably from a construction background. This is a varied role, where no two days are the same. If you are a highly-organised and ambitious administrator looking for your next career move, this could be ideal role for you!
Salary - £25k - £30k per annum depending on experience
Hours - 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday
Location - Office-based in Bourne End (*driving license is essential)
Key responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations to ensure and support the smooth running of the office
Responding to phone/ email enquiries in a timely fashion
Logging callouts and scheduling engineers & allocating jobs according to SLAs
Raising POs
Maintaining, repairing, or replacing office equipment
Undertake risk assessments & ensure safe operational procedures are maintained at all times
Complete health and safety audits
Attend site meetings when required
Manage deliveries to the warehouse
Ensure all company accreditations are renewed as appropriate
Ensure the company's insurance policies are kept up to date
Manage the company's vehicle fleet
Maintaining office equipment
Key skills:
Ability to multi-task and prioritise
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work both as part of a team and independently
Flexible and agile
Proficiency with IT / CRM systems
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Driving license is essential
