Salary: £28,486.92 per annum with yearly increments based on performance plus an additional £4,613.61 London allowance per annum for London based candidates.

The Opportunity
British Transport Police have an opportunity for 2 Occupational Health Administrators to join the Wellbeing, Health and Safety team. As an Occupational Health Administrator with BTP, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of Occupational Health services, ensuring the smooth coordination of clinics, appointments and case management processes. You’ll be at the heart of a busy and essential service, helping colleagues across the organisation access the support they need to stay safe, well and operational.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Coordinating Occupational Health clinics and appointments, ensuring bookings are managed efficiently and within service level agreements.
* Acting as a key point of contact for queries via phone and email, triaging requests and providing a high level of customer service.
* Supporting case management processes, including arranging appointments and maintaining accurate records on OH systems.
* Providing comprehensive administrative support, including managing correspondence, updating systems and supporting reporting and financial processes.

* Experience delivering excellent customer service and handling a wide range of queries professionally.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet competing deadlines.
* Proven administrative experience with high attention to detail and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
