Business Development Manager – Microsoft Partner (D365 CE)

Salary: £70,000 base + Car Allowance + OTE
We are working with a leading Microsoft Partner that is rapidly expanding its Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) practice. As part of their continued growth, they are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager to join their commercial team.
The Role
This is a strategic sales position focused on identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for D365 CE solutions. You will work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams to position high-value CRM solutions that support digital transformation for mid-market and enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive new business sales across the Dynamics 365 CE portfolio
* Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across target clients
* Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure
* Collaborate with Microsoft on joint go-to-market initiatives
* Prepare and present tailored proposals that address client pain points and deliver measurable value
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the Microsoft ecosystem
* Track record of success selling CRM or Dynamics 365 CE solutions
* Strong commercial acumen and a consultative approach to sales
* Ability to manage complex sales cycles and influence decision-making at C-level
* Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills
