Senior Commercial Officer - Up to £55k.
This is a chance to join a leading defence and technology organisation in a growing team. We are seeking a skilled and driven professional to join our client in a pivotal role that offers hybrid working options, this will be hybrid working in the Glasgow office at least 3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contract and Project Management: Lead the day-to-day operations of key business contracts, ensuring smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
* Growth: Support and manage both UK-based and international markets, identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion.
* Team Leadership: Guide and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and ensuring adherence to project timelines and objectives.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and drive business success.
* Strategic Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams such as Supply Chain and Operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
* Continuous Improvement: Champion initiatives for continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and best practices throughout the business.
