We currently have exciting, flexible opportunities forHGV Class 1 DayDrivers(or Cat C+E Drivers as we sometimes call them) to join our growing Avonmouthdepot.
Day shifts typically start at 13.00pm.
What Youll Do:
OurHGV Class 1 driversusually drive our longer routes in waves, ensuring the safe, efficient driving of vehicles from depots to our clients and other sites in the EVRi network. Youll ensure parcels are collected and delivered safely, paperwork updated and assist depot staff with heavier items from time to time. We know the great British roads and weather dont always play nicely, so youll need to keep us updated with any problems. We can then help find an alternative route.
Our HGV Class 1 drivers work on shifts. Full-time contracts are 40 hours per week with some weekends.Full time is any 5 shifts out of 7, rotas are given in advance.

What We Can Offer You:
£17.29per hour (£16.50per hour plus £0.79seasonal allowance) with an overtime rate of £24.75once fulltime hours are completed.

Essential Skills & Experience Required:
Youll need a full UK driving licence with HGV Class 1 (Cat C E) entitlements, driver's CPC and digital tachograph. Newly-qualified drivers are welcome, however all drivers will need to undertake a short driving assessment.
