Academics are looking for an experienced psychology and social sciences teacher. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving department within an ambitious educational environment. The successful candidate will join a Social Sciences team where Psychology is a highly popular subject at Post-16, including within the International Baccalaureate (IB) programme.

This role would suit a versatile educator who can inspire students across the Social Sciences and contribute to a growing curriculum, as well as support wider student wellbeing initiatives.
The Role:
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Psychology and Social Sciences
* Teach across Key Stages, including Post-16
* Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities
* Support students' academic progress and personal development
* Work collaboratively within a high-achieving department
Key Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* DBS or willing to apply for one
* Experience teaching Psychology and/or Social Sciences at secondary level (including Post-16 desirable)
* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Social Sciences
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing
