A well-established private equity firm is seeking a proactive and highly organised Team Assistant to provide day-to-day support to senior leaders and the wider investment and operations team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Team Assistant with experience in Private Equity who enjoys variety, thrives in a collaborative environment, and takes pride in keeping people and processes running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:

* Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders and the wider team
\t

* Coordinate diaries, schedule meetings, and manage changing priorities
\t
\t
* Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics
\t
\t
* Support internal communication flow and assist with coordination of ongoing workstreams
\t
\t
* Organise team meetings, offsites, and client-related events
\t
\t
* Assist with expenses, documentation, and general office administration
\t
\t
* Offer flexible support to colleagues and take ownership of ad-hoc tasks as required
\t
What You’ll Bring:

* Previous experience in a Team Assistant, PA, or administrative role within private equity
\t
\t
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
\t
\t
* Clear, professional communication style and a collaborative approach
\t
\t
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm in a fast-paced environment

\t
* Confident using Microsoft Office and common collaboration tools

* A proactive mindset and willingness to support wherever needed
