Submissions Manager (Construction / Civils) Hybrid Greater Belfast Up to £48k benefits We are working with a leading Construction & Civils contractor to recruit for 2 exciting roles within the business, Submission Manager, x1 Civils and x1 Construction. Both opportunities offer excellent opportunities to join a leading contractor at an exciting time. Joining the pre-construction teams on the outskirts of Belfast you will work alongside a dedicated team on the preparation of high-quality tender quality submissions and pre-qualification questionnaires. This will include; Reviewing and analysing PQQ/Tender submission requirements to plan and develop the overall response Writing, editing, and reviewing responses to PQQ/Tender questions, with support from the technical and estimating teams Liaising with internal and external parties to develop methodologies and quality submission responses, including construction team and external consultants Coordinating inputs from bid team members to collate and deliver/submit PQQ/Tender returns, ensuring quality and consistency across all documentation in line with company brand guidelines. Preparing for and attending presentations for client interviews What we are looking for 5 years experience in writing PQQ and Tender responses for Construction or Civil Engineering projects Experience within a Main Contracting or Consultancy bidding background Able to effectively plan own workload and work to tight deadlines in high pressure situations Strong written and oral communication skills In return you can expect an excellent package including a generous salary, flexible and hybrid working, enhanced holiday leave, strong pension plan, life assurance plus much more.
