What you’ll be doing: Be the in-house Salesforce go-to, helping colleagues solve challenges, use the system effectively, and learn best practices. Keep our database running smoothly and securely, following UK GDPR and data protection standards. Build and share insightful reports and dashboards that turn data into action. Make sure Salesforce integrates seamlessly with our website and other digital tools. Collaborate across teams to segment data, tailor communications, and prepare for future AI-driven insights. What you bring: 2 years’ Salesforce experience including a Salesforce Administrator certification. Proven skills in CRM configuration (flows, validation rules, profiles, permissions). Strong data analysis and reporting skills. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Nice to have: Experience integrating Salesforce with tools like Form Assembly or payment systems. Knowledge of data analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau BI).
