Manpower are currently recruiting for an experienced Data & Exams Officer to support a secondary school during a maternity cover period. This is a great opportunity to join a busy school environment with an immediate start following a successful interview.
Location
* Outskirts of Boston - there's no public transport so own transport is essential.
Shift Pattern
* 8am-4pm
Pay Rate
* Competitive (dependent on experience)
Key Responsibilities
* Maintaining and developing the school Management Information System (MIS)
o Inputting and managing student data accurately
o Producing reports and statistical analysis
o Supporting timetable updates and curriculum assignments
o Liaising with different departments across the Site
o Managing all aspects of exam administration, including entries and certification
o Ensuring secure handling and storage of examination materials and results
o Coordinating internal and external examinations
o Managing and training exam invigilators
o Supporting the distribution of exam results to students
What We're Looking For
Experience
* Previous experience in arranging and managing school examinations
* Experience working with school data-systems
Skills & Attributes
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling data
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills
* Ability to analyse and present data clearly
* Confident working independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise with staff at all levels
