We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in digital, technical, and user-centric product delivery. The role involves close collaboration with business teams, ownership of product roadmaps, and driving value through informed prioritization and stakeholder engagement.
Key Skills & Experience (Required)
* Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in digital or technical environments
* Strong ability in product roadmap definition, prioritization, and outcome‑driven decision‑making
* Hands‑on experience working directly with business stakeholders
* Expertise in customer journey mapping
* Strong stakeholder management skills across senior leadership, customers, vendors, and internal teams
* Experience using financial data to monitor costs and drive commercial value
* Demonstrated decision‑making experience in a regulated environment
* Strong analytical, problem‑solving, process design, and requirements gathering skills
* Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum, SDLC, Business Analysis, and Project Management
* Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments and able to challenge existing thinking
Nice to Have
* Experience in banking, particularly onboarding, KYC/CDD, or similar regulatory‑driven products
