This role involves supporting teachers in the classroom and occasionally delivering lessons to small groups or whole classes. Key Responsibilities Support teachers in delivering lessons and classroom activities Lead small group interventions and targeted support sessions Assist with planning and preparation of learning materials Monitor student progress and provide feedback Support classroom management and behaviour policies Requirements HLTA qualification or equivalent experience Previous experience working in a primary school setting Strong communication and classroom management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Enhanced DBS required
