Key Account Manager GI/HPB - Maternity Cover 12 months FTC
Servier UK is seeking a dedicated Key Account Manager in GI/HPB Oncology to drive sales growth and market access during a 12-month maternity cover FTC. The role will allow you to contribute to Servier’s rapid expansion and to gain valuable experience in the oncology portfolio.
Location: Stoke Poges, GB. Contract type: Fixed-term contract.
Main Responsibilities
* Enabling all eligible patients to be treated by Servier therapeutic options.
* Achieving sales targets by developing sales growth and market access.
* Developing and implementing the territory business plan.
* Targeting, profiling and developing TAEs to improve the level of product advocacy in key accounts.
* Appropriate allocation and use of internal resources.
* Maintaining high levels of commercial and environmental knowledge to support changing clinical practice, local NHS services, pathways, and guidelines.
* Supporting the wider oncology team including sales, marketing, and medical teams.
* Having a deep understanding of the patient journey and focusing on improving patient care and outcomes.
* Providing education to stakeholders in relation to the in‑license indications of Servier GI/HPB products.
* Optimising the use of multichannel communication to build and maintain trusting relationships with HCPs, developing brand and company awareness.
* Identifying and supporting local market access initiatives to ensure access and availability to Servier products aligned to the agreed pricing and reimbursement strategy.
* Ensuring Servier products are positioned within local treatment guidelines to support access of appropriate medicines to all eligible patients.
* Working collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met.
* Ensuring continuity of account management during the maternity cover period, with a strong focus on seamless handover, business continuity and maintaining Servier’s reputation within the GI/HPB oncology community.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience as a key account manager with a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales.
* Experience working in secondary care focused, specialist medicine.
* Consideration will be given to a less experienced candidate with a growth mindset and determination to embrace new challenges and broaden their skill set.
* Previous experience in oncology is desirable but not essential.
* Experience in GI/HPB cancers, targeted therapies and previous launch experience is desirable but not essential.
* Experience of successfully launching a new product and/or indication is also desirable.
* Excellent scientific acumen and willingness to embrace the scientific nature of this role.
