An established company based in Sutton-in-Ashfield, that is continuing to grow year on year, are looking for an experienced Procurement Administrator to join their team. As the Procurement Administrator, you will play an integral role in a fast-paced environment. Duties: * Raise basic PO’s * Online orders (Amazon, eBay, various sites for credit card payments) * Arrange the deliveries/collections with site from pick up locations, sort redeliveries etc. * Chase up the invoices for all the above, get them to put the correct company name in etc. * Sourcing of lodge - be it through a long-term lodge company or looking for the best deal on Booking. com, Travelodge etc. * Stationary stock check and ordering * Printing and sending drawings * Posting out various items be it at Post Office or courier * Corporate PPE and PAYE Staff PPE * Amending PO’s after queries have been dealt with * Monthly job PO reduce downs of outstanding/cancelled/amended orders for accurate costing * Filling out credit application forms * Office water delivery stock check * Amending addresses, adding text lines, contacts etc. on Evo M * Updating office details forms and contact lists The ideal candidate should have: * Strong communication skills * Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills * Experience in an administration/procurement role * A background working in...
