We're launching a brand-new 7 bed supported living scheme in Sandwell for adults aged 18–65 with complex mental health needs — and we need an experienced Registered Manager to take the lead and help us scale.
We're looking for someone who's not just confident with care delivery, but also connected — with strong relationships with council placement teams and brokers.
This is an opportunity to build something meaningful from the ground up, with the backing of a focused, founder-led team and clear growth plans.
Key Responsibilities:
* Register as the CQC Registered Manager and lead the service
* Carry out assessments, risk management, and care/support planning
* Oversee day-to-day service delivery and rota coordination
* Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and Local Authority requirements
* Liaise with brokers, commissioners and placement teams
* Lead audits, reviews, safeguarding and governance duties
* Recruit, manage and supervise a small staff team
* Support with growing referrals and expanding the service
What We're Looking For:
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)
* At least 1 years of Registered or Deputy Manager experience in supported living
* Strong understanding of CQC Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOEs)
* Experience in supporting adults with mental health needs
* Clear track record of liaising with local authorities and generating placements
* Knowledge of risk management and safeguarding practices
* Confident communicator with strong leadership and IT skills
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
