Description
Minute Taking & Meeting Support
Attend a range of legal, compliance, and governance meetings to produce accurate and concise minutes.
Capture decisions, actions, ownership, and key discussion points in a clear and structured format.
Assist in preparing agendas, meeting packs, and distributing post‑meeting documents.
Monitor and follow up on agreed action points with relevant stakeholders.
Documentation & Administration
Draft, revise, and format minutes to legal and organisational standards.
Maintain secure filing systems for agendas, minutes, and legal records.
Provide general administrative support to the Legal team, including data entry, document management, and compliance‑related tasks.
Uphold strict confidentiality and data protection protocols.
Stakeholder Coordination
Coordinate meeting logistics across multiple operational functions.
Work closely with senior leaders, legal counsel, HR, compliance teams, and external advisors.
Support the effective flow of information across the business.
Profile
Skills & Experience Required for a Minute Taker
Previous Minute Taker experience within legal, governance, HR, or regulated environments (FMCG or manufacturing desirable).
Exceptional written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to summarise complex discussion into clear, actionable outcomes.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential information.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams) and digital document‑management systems.
