Some pupils just need the right person in their corner. We’re working with a brilliant SEND school looking for a Teaching Assistant who can be that steady, supportive presence for pupils who need it most. You’ll be helping children with additional needs, including autism and SEMH, feel safe, understood, and ready to take on the day. No two days are the same, but that’s part of the magic. What you’ll be doing: • Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups • Helping children navigate big emotions (the tricky moments and the proud ones) • Working closely with teachers and SEN staff to keep things consistent What we’re looking for: • Experience with children or young people • A calm, patient approach, you’re the one they can rely on • Someone who genuinely cares and shows up every day What you’ll get: • Free CPD, including SEND & Thrive training • A consultant who listens and has your back The wins might be small on paper.
