You’ll be the go-to advisor across a broad spectrum of people matters—from employee relations and performance management to workforce planning, organisational development, and cultural engagement.
With upcoming legislative changes, internal restructuring, and evolving global initiatives, you’ll have the autonomy to lead projects that futureproof their people practices—whether refining career framework, advancing D&I, developing wellbeing strategies, or building scalable HR processes.
You’ll also oversee key annual activities such as appraisals and salary reviews, and bring rigour to their people data and metrics—ensuring leaders have the insight they need to make informed decisions.
This isn’t a passive role. It demands someone who thrives on being deeply embedded in the business, able to influence at all levels, juggle multiple priorities, and proactively shape the people agenda. You’ll manage a small team and collaborate with peers in global offices.
We’re looking for someone who is emotionally intelligent, pragmatic, data-literate, and ready to roll up their sleeves. You’ll need to be confident managing ER cases, have strong stakeholder engagement skills, and enjoy working in a high-performance, creative, and fast-moving environment.
If you’re an experienced HR leader with experience gained in SME creative industry (circa 100 headcount) who loves both the people and the process, and who wants to contribute meaningfully to a culture of creativity and ambition, we’d love to hear from you.
