We’re recruiting caring, dependable individuals to support a lady with autism and learning disabilities to live independently and enjoy a full, active lifestyle. This is a highly rewarding, person-centred role where consistency and relationship-building are key.
Package
* From £13.50 per hour (weekdays) and £13.70 per hour (weekends)
* Enhanced rates for weekends & bank holidays
* Bonus paid every six months based on hours worked – if FT approx. £700-£1500 twice a year

You’ll be working with one individual, supporting her both at home and out in the community. The focus is on helping her maintain her routine, build confidence, and enjoy the things she loves.
This Could Include
* Trips out such as swimming, walks, cafés and local activities
* Supporting hobbies like art and time with animals
* Providing reassurance and structure throughout the day
This is a lone-working role, so you’ll need to feel comfortable working independently, while still being part of a wider, supportive team.
Shifts
* Day shifts: 9:00am – 5:00pm
* Sleep-in shifts: 5:00pm – 9:00am
* 24-hour care package with multiple roles available

Requirements
* Previous experience with autism or learning disabilities is beneficial
* Previous care experience of some capacity is essential
* Compassionate, reliable, and willing to learn
* Confident working on your own initiative
* Full UK driving licence required
* Familiarity with the local Penzance area is helpful
