Job Title: Account Consultant
Location: Hybrid - 2 days onsite in Glasgow, 3 days remote
About the role
We\'re looking for an Account Consultant to join our delivery team, supporting recruitment within the clinical sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about people and keen to build a career in recruitment, even without prior experience.
Responsibilities
* Support the recruitment process for temporary placements in the clinical industry
* Source and screen candidates effectively
* Manage interview arrangements and candidate communications
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
* Strong customer service skills
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
* Interest in recruitment and/or the clinical or scientific sector
* Scientific background is desirable but not essential
