We are seeking a Junior Business Development Manager to join our client’s rapidly expanding commercial team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and ambitious professional to contribute to business growth across German-speaking markets while developing core skills in sales strategy, client engagement, and partnership management.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, research, and engage potential clients and partners across the DACH region.
* Support the full business development lifecycle — from lead generation to proposal preparation and contract negotiation.
* Collaborate with senior team members and marketing to execute targeted outreach and go-to-market strategies.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system to monitor progress and performance metrics.
* Participate in client meetings, product demonstrations, and industry events to foster strong professional relationships.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and provide insights on emerging market trends.
Skills & Experience
* 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related commercial function (internships welcome).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging diverse stakeholders.
* Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset with a keen interest in growth and learning.
* Experience working toward KPIs and performance targets.
* Familiarity with CRM or AI-based sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is an advantage.
