Location: Bromsgrove, United Kingdom (Hybrid after training)
Our client, a well-established insurance company, is seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Handler to join their team on a maternity cover contract. The role involves managing a portfolio of commercial clients, handling renewals, quotations, and liaising with insurers.
Responsibilities:
* Assist Account Executives in managing client portfolios
* Prepare and process renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business quotations
* Negotiate with insurers to obtain competitive terms
* Provide high-quality customer service
* Maintain accurate client records
* Negotiate with underwriters on policies
Requirements:
* Proven experience in commercial insurance handling
* Knowledge of commercial insurance products (property, liability, fleet, professional indemnity); Motor Trade experience is advantageous
* Acturis experience
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Attention to detail and a proactive, client-focused attitude
