:
* Partner senior leaders across Commercial and Marketing to align people plans with business priorities
* Identify capability gaps and work with Talent and L&D teams to deliver targeted development
* Support organisational change and transformation to improve effectiveness and performance
* Provide insight and challenge on organisation design, workforce planning and team effectiveness
* Lead the delivery of our talent and performance strategy, building a strong performance culture
* Encourage and support teams to engage with performance processes, tools and systems
* Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning to strengthen leadership pipelines
* Collaborate with HR Centres of Expertise to deliver practical, scalable people solutions
The Person:
* Experience in HR business partnering within a large scale, customer led retail and/or commercial environments
* Experience managing complex ER cases in partnership with a central ER team, delivering outcomes that are both commercially sound and legally compliant
* Experience working with cross functional HR teams to deliver joined up people solutions
* Experience embedding talent and performance frameworks and driving adoption
* Able to understand organisational challenges and identify practical, effective solutions
* Able to influence and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
* Able to think strategically and deliver practical outcomes
