About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant Apprentice to join our dynamic team based in Welwyn Garden City. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start a career in recruitment, gaining hands-on experience while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.
You will receive full training and mentoring from experienced consultants, developing the skills and knowledge needed to become a successful Recruitment Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
* Support recruitment consultants in sourcing and screening candidates
* Post job adverts on job boards and company platforms
* Conduct telephone interviews and candidate registrations
* Assist with matching suitable candidates to job vacancies
* Update and maintain candidate records and databases
* Liaise with clients and candidates in a professional and timely manner
* General administrative support to the recruitment team

* Confident telephone manner
* Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)

Requirements
* Aged 16 or over
* Must not already hold a Level 3 qualification or higher in Recruitment
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Able to commute to Welwyn Garden City daily
