What We’re Looking For:
7. Proven experience as a cocktail bartender or mixologist in a fine-dining or high-end restaurant/bar

• Creativity and consistency in flavour balance, presentation, and garnishing
• Ability to maintain composure and high standards in a fast-paced, service-led environment
