We are looking for multiple HGV Class 2 Drivers (CAT C) to join the team. Shifts: 24 - 40 hours a week across Monday to Sunday Hours: 01:00-04:00 starts Pay Rate: £13.71- £15.08 per hour PAYE Location: Plymouth, PL6 Job Type: Ongoing with an opportunity for permanent for the right candidate The role: · Securely moving and transporting palletised parcels to and from sub depots and delivery units. · Handling runs with 1-5 delivery stops, focusing on safe driving and maintaining accurate paperwork. · Utilise tail lift and pump truck equipment for loading and unloading. · Interacting with customers and representing the company in a professional and courteous manner. · Empty the vehicle and refuel at the end of each shift. · Complete a theory and practical assessment to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards and then complete a few days paid training if assessment is successful.
