Main duties of the job

Dedicated 40‑minute daily clinical discussion time. Clinicians meet over coffee to discuss cases, share knowledge, and support one another. It’s a built‑in opportunity to collaborate, learn and reflect every single day.

Our Offer
Full time and part time applicants considered
Starting salary £11,000 per session, uplifted after successful completion of 3‑month probation
Capped workload with 26 appointments per day
40 days annual leave including bank holidays (pro‑rata)
One week study leave per year in line with BMA guidance

Job responsibilities
Responsibilities and Duties
The post holder will provide high‑quality medical care to patients across all ages and health needs, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, referral, and management of long‑term conditions in line with national guidelines. They will deliver services in accordance with the NHS contract, QOF, local enhanced services, and Primary Care Network standards, while promoting health education, preventative care, and patient self‑management. Prescribing, interpreting test results, and providing clinical rationale with Medicines Management support are key aspects of the role.
The role also involves contributing to practice management and compliance, including risk assessments, audits, research, and adherence to policies such as safeguarding, HR, and GDPR. Accurate record‑keeping, administrative duties, and supporting practice and PCN objectives are required. Confidentiality, patient rights, and promoting a high standard of care are central to all activities.
Qualifications
* Medical Degree
* GMC registered
* Certificate of completion of training
* Registered under the primary medical performers' list
