If you're passionate about delivering great customer service, enjoy building relationships, and want to make a difference through your work, we'd love to hear from you.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly organisation where your contribution is valued and your work has real purpose.What you'll do as an Account Handler:Be the first point of contact for our clientsProvide quotes, advice, and ongoing supportManage renewals, policy updates, and claimsRecommend additional products to help clients stay protectedEnsure all administration is accurate and completed on timeDeliver excellent customer service and help us grow our client baseWhat we're looking for as an Account Handler:Experience in insurance and customer serviceUnderstanding of youth organisations or small charitiesGood knowledge of insurance principles and FCA guidelinesConfident using computers and insurance systemsWorking towards or holding insurance qualificationsA genuine passion for helping othersWhy join us?At Unity, your work makes a real difference.
