Customer Development Manager - Growth-Focused Strategic Role. We're hiring a Customer Development Manager to drive both account growth and new business opportunities, blending strategic account management with business development to support our 3-year growth plan.
What You'll Be Doing
* Manage and grow key customer accounts – act as the primary point of contact for RFQs, inquiries, and ongoing projects.
* Identify and secure new business – target opportunities that align with our strategic goals and convert them into long-term partnerships.
* Collaborate cross-functionally – work closely with Sales, Engineering, and NPI teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Support pricing and commercial strategy – contribute to accurate quoting and decision-making to maximise profitability.
What We're Looking For
* 3-5+ years' experience in account management or business development, ideally in a manufacturing or technical environment.
* Proven ability to grow existing accounts and win new business consistently.
* Strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills, and a proactive mindset.
* Comfortable working across technical and commercial teams; organised and confident in a fast-paced environment.
