Salary- £30,000 + £12,000 commission (£42,000 OTE)
Hybrid working- 3 days a week in the office

The opportunity
Our client is growing their Sales Academy and bringing on a new group of Business Development Executives (BDEs). This team is being built to better match how their sales pipeline works today. Youll focus on high-intent retarget accounts (past inbound leads that went quiet), reactivated outbound campaigns, plus a steady flow of event leads, distributor opportunities, and industry partner referrals.
At its core, your mission is simple: turn dormant demand into active pipeline.
Youll research and prioritise accounts, reconnect with previous evaluators, warm up leads coming from marketing, and turn early interest into qualified, high-value opportunities for the Account Executive team.
