About the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Implementation Associate to support client onboarding and implementation processes. Reporting directly to the Senior Implementation Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth client experiences from configuring software and preparing hardware to delivering onsite technical support at live events. This role will take primary ownership of physically preparing, configuring, and deploying hardware for clients, ensuring that all equipment is correctly set up, fully tested, and aligned with NOQs implementation processes. You will be responsible for ensuring hardware is consistently ready and that procedures are followed accurately and reliably across every deployment.
You will collaborate closely with the Senior Implementation Manager, Account Managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process, effective client setups, and successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Onboarding & Setup Support the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a professional and seamless experience.
Configure and manage client software setup.
Translate client requirements into actionable setup tasks.
2. Hardware Management & Setup Responsible for the physical preparation, configuration, and testing of all client hardware.
Ensure all hardware is fully prepped, correctly labelled, and ready ahead of each client implementation.
Follow internal setup processes and quality checks to ensure consistency across deployments.
Maintain accurate inventory records and track hardware movement across events and venues.
Conduct pre-event checks and troubleshoot issues in advance to prevent onsite failures.
Ensure hardware is correctly packed, transported, set up onsite, and recovered post-event in line with agreed procedures.
3. Event Support & Execution Provide onsite technical and operational support during live events where needed.
Act as the primary technical point of contact for all hardware-related questions and escalations onsite.
Partner with the Senior Implementation Manager and Account Managers to deliver an exceptional client experience.
4. Project Coordination Track implementation progress and maintain accurate documentation.
Support cross-team communication to keep all stakeholders informed.
Escalate potential risks or issues to the Senior Implementation Manager in a timely manner.
Qualifications & Skills Experience in implementation, event support, or a similar client-facing role.
Background in hospitality, bars, restaurants, or live event operations, with a genuine passion for the industry.
Strong technical aptitude; comfortable learning and working with a point of sale software.
Hands-on experience with hardware setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong desire to follow processes.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel to venues and work onsite at live events.
Preferred Experience Previous experience supporting live events or working in a SaaS or event tech environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools.
