The Role
Join us and play a key role in strengthening the financial performance of our Transportation line of business. As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll provide clear insight, robust analysis, and strategic challenge to the functions.
This is a hands on role where you’ll work closely with senior leaders helping shape plans, improve efficiency, and drive value across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead budgeting and forecasting for Transportation contracts.
* Deliver accurate, actionable financial analysis to support decision-making.
* Identify cost-efficiency opportunities and guide resource allocation.
* Produce clear financial reports aligned to business goals and KPIs.
* Build strong relationships across operational teams.
* Ensure compliance with financial policies, processes and regulations.
What You’ll Bring
* A degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (ACCA/CIMA/ACA essential).
* Strong analytical skills and financial modelling capability.
* A proactive, strategic approach with the confidence to challenge and advise.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across multiple teams.
