This is an exciting opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in assembly or manufacturing, looking to contribute to the build and quality control of temporary traffic light systems. Key Responsibilities: * Assemble temporary traffic light units and control systems from components, following detailed technical drawings and instructions. * Carry out wiring, soldering, and basic electrical testing on circuit boards, signal heads, and power units. * Use hand and power tools to complete mechanical assembly of frames, signal poles, and housings. * Perform functional testing and fault-finding on completed products prior to dispatch. * Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and health & safety in the workshop. * Record all build and test data accurately using company systems. * Work closely with design, stores, and logistics teams to support smooth production flow. * Assist with stock checks, goods-in inspections, and general workshop upkeep.
