What You’ll Do:
* Lead, inspire, and manage a team of Partnership Support Consultants
* Drive sales performance and ensure targets are met
* Develop and deliver impactful training programs
* Manage a diverse portfolio of intermediary firms
* Foster strong relationships with external partners
* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams to align and execute growth strategies
* Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in team leadership, sales, or account management (preferably in financial services or insurance)
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills
* Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset
* Analytical and data-driven approach to performance management
* Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Experience working with digital tools/platforms and in regulated environments is a plus
