About the Team
Our Gateshead-based Existing Customer Management team plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers who are considering leaving, resolving concerns and showcasing the benefits of staying with Worldpay. The mission is to deliver an outstanding experience and turn challenges into opportunities.
What You’ll Own
* Customer interactions to highlight and promote the benefits of our services, with the aim of retaining customers
* Engage with customers to address queries and resolve issues
* Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
* Handle complaints or cancellations with professionalism and empathy
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service
What You’ll Bring
* Effective people skills and sensitivities when dealing with others
* Negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
* Inbound telephony experience and passion for supporting the customer experience
* Solid analytical skills to determine customer needs and strong problem-solving abilities
* Knowledge of Worldpay products, services and operations to resolve inquiries
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Ability to remain calm under pressure
* Clear and professional written and verbal communication
* Proactive, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
